The Parkwood community is a non-gated subdivision of 193 homes located south of Cove Road and west of US-1 (Federal Highway) in the southern part of Stuart and north of Hobe Sound in unincorporated Martin County.
This family-friendly community has a community pool and is pet-friendly. Great location, close to shopping on US-1 as well as easy access to I-95 on Cove Rd. and just minutes to Martin Memorial Hospital South on Salerno Rd. This location also has easy access to boating in Port Salerno and the beaches either on Jupiter Island or Stuart.
Homes are modest sizes ranging from 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms up to 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with interior living areas ranging from just over 1,150 sq. ft. to 2,200 sq. ft. plus garages.
As of October 2023, the HOA fee is only $50.00 per month and includes maintenance and insurance for the community pool and common areas. Parkwood is a pet-friendly community. Rentals are also permitted.
Children living in Parkwood are zoned to attend the Seawind Elementary School, Murray Middle School, and South Fork High School.
