Mallard Creek is a private residential community located within the Martin Downs Country Club in Palm City, Florida.  This community was developed in the early 1980s with the first home completed in 1983 and the last home finished in 1999.  There are only 42 homes in Mallard Creek.  These are mainly ranch-style homes with 3-4 bedrooms, 2-3 bathrooms, and 2-car garages.   Sizes range from just under 1,500 sq. ft. to just under 2,500 sq. ft. of living area.  Some homes have individual swimming pools.

The HOA fees in Mallard Creek are $258.00 a month, as of October 2023.  This includes basic cable service, lawn and landscaping, security, reserve funds, and professional management.  Pets are permitted and leases are also OK with some restrictions.  No trucks or motorcycles are allowed.

Mallard Creek is in a desirable area of Palm City, close to shopping, restaurants, and schools. The community is also just a short drive from the beaches and the Florida Turnpike.

Residents of Mallard Creek have access to optional memberships in the nearby grounds of The Village Club & Preserve, which would allow access to pools, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball, a fitness trail, a dog park, and other recreational features.
